Yes for each state there is a free exit option after round 1st of NEET UG counselling as per the rules laid down by MCC so if you take an exit after round 1st then your security money will be refunded and you can then participate for round 2nd as well but this would not make any sense because if you take an exit and again go for round 2nd in the same counselling then you will again have to pay the registration fee as well as security money and note that if you take an exit after round 2nd then no refund will be made so if you want to appear for round 2nd in same counselling then you should not take an exit otherwise you can take exit and you will be eligible for all subsequent rounds of counselling.
