Institute of hotel management Bangalore is a very good institution for pursuing B.sc in Hotel management. Nothing comes guranteed Sanket untill and unless you work hard to achieve what you want. For eg. if you fail in a semester the faculty at IHM bangalore won't gurantee to get you employed because you aren't worth it. You can do better and work hard for the same.
