Government Engineering College in Kozhikode is a highly esteemed university that takes pride in the quality of education it provides to it's students.

Hostel facility in the college is only available for girls , i.e., there is only a Ladies Hostel. Several hostel facilities for boys are available nearby the college which are said to be much better that the college hostel. There are also PGs available that boys can live in or a group of boys can rent a flat/house. There are several food facilities available around the college so it is not a problem.
