As I got to know from different people associated with this field ,i came to know that there is not any rule regarding this thing ,however the authorities are thinking about this ,so may be this can be a new rule in future may be in some next weeks but till now ,no official statement is there ,so don't beleive rumours ,stay connected with us ,when any information come ,we will update you.
