With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that there are easy to get job after BDS from private colleges.

After you complete your PG there are abundant Chances of getting into government job and as a faculty in different gov aided institutions. In these way their are government and institutional jobs for Dentists but as a dentist you must have good preclinical and clinical skills with good educational knowledge.

Furthermore, There is no big difference whether you study BDS from a Govt. College / a Private College,but while choosing a private college check whether that college has good number of Out Patients or not.
