Hope you are doing great ! You will be glad to know that we have a way so that you can pursue both the BA and BE together ,see, ugc now has approved that one can do two courses simultaneously but there are a condition that one course should be from distance mode while other should be regular mode ,hence you can do BE which is professional course from regular mode in any college of India and can do BA literature from open universities like Indra Gandhi open university - IGNOU and also from school of open learning .Also many other universities are there which provide this facility to pursue distance course ,so whenever form filling process start ,be updated next year and fill the form .
