No, unfortunately, there is no advanced paper for JEE Main paper 2.

However, if you wish to pursue your architecture degree from IITs you must clear JEE Main 1 and Advanced. After that, you must clarify the entrance exams of architecture at the colleges and also have to NATA. 

JEE Main paper 2 is only a qualifying exam of architecture and IITs do not take candidates through it. Only a few NITs take candidates from this exam.

The jee advance paper is only for the students appeeard and qualified in jee mains Paper-1, 

There is No advance paper for B.e.arch

You can seek admissions for b.e arch in various colleges once the jee advance for paper 1 is over and the counselling starts for admission through both jee main paper 1 and paper 2

No there is no advance for paper 2...Advance is only for those who have cleared paper 1 in mains.
