Yes , there are some types of rural bonds in some colleges of south. The bonds can vary frkm one to five year. Stanley medical college has a bond. And if your MMC stands for madurai medical college , chennai , then yes   it also has a bond but if your MMC stands for madras medical college , then it does not have a bond till now.
