There are many private colleges whose admission are opened for the same. From which particular state you belong? Please tell me accordingly I can help you better.

There can be possibilities in private colleges for admission in arts courses based on merit if you have not appeared for any entrance yet.

Some of the arts colleges are where you can try in:
Christ University Bangalore
Loyola College, Chennai
MCC Chennai
Mount Carmel College Bengaluru
Symbiosis College Pune

Contact them if they are open with the admissions still.
