hi karan verma,

yes,the OBC candidates of karnataka will definitely have the reservation in COMEDK uget.But for non-karnataka candidates,to claim reservation

the candidate should have atleast domicile certificate or
should have spent their last 7 years of schooling in karnataka or
one of parents should be done theri 7 years of schooling or domiciled in karnataka

so,there is less chance of reservation for OBC-NON karnataka students .
