To be eligible for a BNYS course, a candidate must meet the minimal eligibility requirements, which include earning at least a 50% in the 10+2 (PUC) exams. In PUC (10+2), biology, chemistry, and physics required to be the students' core studies. The oldest person that can appear before BNYS is 25 years old.
