If you are getting admission in top IIIT's and NIT then you should study in India only as there is a good for it. Also after that you can choose abroad for PG Courses if required.

Any competitive exam you gave in India for Btech or any course?

i am getting admission in lpu on board percentage ...i got 90% 12th but my rank is near 8 lakh

You can go ahead. LPU is a private institute but decent overall.
