No you dont need to do BBA again, simply appear for GMAT and score well to get MBA College based out of canada, you need to score above 650 on safe side.

They will consider your BBA degree in India. After that you can apply for MBA or PG courses in Canada. You will have to apply for GMAT entrance exam and even English profiencey exam like Toefl and Ielts.
