Hello, Doing MBA is always a good thing and it's value to one's resume and thus placements.
You can go for MBA in oil and gas management.
It is a 2 year course and there are many good colleges like

1. Upes Dehradun
2. Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), Rae Bareilly
3. International Institute of Business Studies, [IIBS]
