There are some institutions which are giving diploma course in food science and quality manager it is a one year course with eligibility criteria of class 12.

And you can get job the salary will be around 5L per annum .(fresher).

If you wanted to become individual food safety manager

1. DSHS-approved certified Food Manager (CFM) exam.
2. Complete the course.
3. Pass the exam.
4. Receive the certification that is valid for 5 years
