It completely depends on the situation during that time. The government says that the by the December 2021 they will be in position to vaccinate all adults. So if all of the adults are vaccinated and the situation is under control then the colleges will reopen without any problem. If the situation escalates then they won't open the college. The daily cases are falling due to the lockdown. If lockdown is lifted then the situation will become worse. It is difficult to predict when the college will reopen it could happen before January or may be after.
