Dear student,

As you have secured 45000 OBC rank from general category then getting an iiit is quite difficult for you in josaa all round counselling. Precisely saying, then with this much OBC rank you cannot get any IIIT because the competitions are increased very much and you have to secure under atleast 10,000 from OBC category to get any IIIT.

But there is a chance that you can get iiit in CSAB counselling like you can get iiit Gwalior in csab round 1 counseling or iiit lucknow in csab round 1 counseling with 40000 obc rank. But there is no surety that the seats will be vacant after josaa all round counselling this year.

You can better try for some other state colleges or some other private institutions.

See at this moment it is very diffcult to predict whether you may get any IIITs with you rank because it depends on various factors and also the Counselling has not yet started.

However, as per previous trends it seems a bit diffcult to get you some IIITs.But if the CSAB goes around you may get some lower IIITs like Kurnool,Una, Raichur, Bhagalpur etc.(as per 2019) Which are not upto the mark as compared to the ones in Gwalior or Jabalpur.
