Hey it's seems difficult for you to get bams college at this marks as last year cutoff for bams is 440+ for obc through stare quota !!
In my opinion you can go for counselling and wait till the mopup round may be you can get college
But if you want only government college then start studying as you are in the mid you can get or you can't so it's better to have a plan b in case you can't get colleges then your time will not waste so take a wise decision prepare also and participate in counseling too!!! And you don't want to drop more then you can try for some private colleges through management quota!!
