rcf stands for rastriya chemicals and fertilizers limited. see as it is a manufacturing organization it has some works related with mechanical engineers. however in any psu or government sector if you have some source or known person in the organization then it is easier to get vocational training opportunities or internship. and it really makes good exposure in resume to have completed any internship program. however it will be good to make application or trying to find sources some other organization also. because it is really difficult to arrange internship in any government sector. you may apply in indian railways, airport authority of india, power grid corporation, garden rich ship builders etc.
