There is definitely a good chance for your score. As per the past recruitment records for EE for OBC category, there are a number of companies with cutoffs ranging from 52-60, you would definitely have a strong chance in some of them. For example:

MDSL, NLC, HPCL, PGCIL, IOCL, NTPC etc.

I would suggest you, to give them all a try and hope for the best.
