To get a DNB dermatology in NEET PG examination one need to qualify NEET PG examination.

If you qualify you are eligible for counselling.

As per data , last year's closing rank for DNB dermatology was 10466.

Since you got Air 68000, you will not get any seat in DNB dermatology .
