Is there any chance of getting into the IIMs with less than 60% in graduation but 85%+ in 10th and 12th ?

In short,yes.

Depends on your CAT score,educational bg, category, work ex.
One "mishap" may not prove to be that detrimental considering the actual final CAT score of yours.
