As you should know that in majority of cases the marks remain unchanged, and there is only a rare chance of your marks getting decreased. So you can apply freely for it if you really confident about the things. 

NOTE :

Once you opt for Re-evaluation, your old marks get nullified and you have to accept the new marks.
