Is there any restriction if I secure rank satisfied by NIT but least mark in 12th board

Sorry friend but you should atleast have 75% in 10+2 to be eligible for NIT/IIT. Inshort even if you secure 1st Rank and your percentage is less than 75% you wont be able to enroll yourself in any NIT/IIT.

Atleast 75% marks in class12th from recognised board across PCM category is mandatory for admissions into NIT.
Students can be either in top 20 percentile from the board.
So even if your havibg great rank in Jee Mains but not qualified for above criteria then you are simply not eligible.

Bro there is no restrictions if you have the least marks that are required for JEE mains
