Well UPSC aspirants study for 8 hours a day,

If you think that you are a quick learner and can grasp everything in short period of time so yeah you can.


Also I want to add one point
UPSC is the second toughest exam to crack, not because of number of questions but because huge number of students apply for this exam. So competition gots tough.

So if you have interest in UPSC, so you can apply for it.
