If you are talking about Eamcet, at this rank the chances to get an agriculture seat in government college is very low because of high number of candidates apply in this field. 

As you belong to OC category , chances further goes down as competition is cut throat.

I would recommend you to apply for other courses like b pharmacy , Pharm -d , bsc - biotech.
