Well 115 to 120 is not that good score
And it will all depend on cut off
Last year cut off for OBC was 107 n there were 40,000
Such OBC students
So chances are less in aiims

Hii there

It is nearly impossible to get admission in aiims with the score 115-120. As based on the previous trends minummi 145 or 150 plus score is required to get selected for aiims.
