Dear Kavita, There are 5565 MBBS seats available for UP State Counselling  including Government and Private MBBS seats. But as your focus is on Government Medical College, if we do the Math, there are approximately 2500 Government MBBS seats. OBC takes 675 seats approximately across all sub categories. SC takes 15% and ST takes 7%. This year the cut offs have gone way higher taking everyone by surprise. With 581 marks, you might have a shot in 2nd round.  Stay for the remaining rounds of Counselling even if you dont get a seat in Round 2 as you have nothing to lose. If you gain, you might gain a seat.
