There are no chances ...to get admission in any aiims medical colleges under BC-B minority too??

First of all there is only SC, ST or OBC category.
So you will fall in any of the following.

Next with a percentile of 54 it is impossible to get a seat. Atleast 90 percentile will be required even in ST category to get seat in any AIIMS .
