Hey Abhishek,
According to my analysis, you can surely get NIT's with this rank in JEE Mains. But I can't say about the top ranked NIT's, but yes you can get the lower ranked NIT's. And as you are of OBC category, so you can take the benefit of it.

Since you haven't mentioned your home state the exact prediction can't be done. There are a few colleges where you may get seat like NIT Jalandhar(civil engineering) or NIT Durgapur(civil engineering) through home state quota. By other state quota you wouldn't get seat in any NIT. You can check the cutoffs by yourself using the link:

If your home state is UP then unfortunately you wouldn't get seat in any NIT.
