Dear Student,
Unfortunately, but the Stright-forward answer is No, that there are no changes in fees according to the Rank or due to father's income high or low in NEET-UG.
But there are certain scholarships, forms, Cards, Certificates and much more to reduce the amount which can be based on the Rank, Your Category, Your family income (whether low) or your father's income (whether low) but you need to collect all the information about them to know if you belong to that criteria or not and if you can apply for it or not.
They are very helpful to reduce your fees to a certain low income or relatively no fees altogether or loans for your fees for any of your medical course in which you have applied for information.
As you must have noticed in your application fees as well.
As you also know that there are different fees in government colleges as well as privates colleges like government seat, Semi-government seat or Private seats.
In any of which, you can notice that there is a very high difference in fee structure as government seats in only government colleges can cost 25,000 only per year whereas 7,00,000 to 52,00,000 per year for government/private seats in private colleges.
Therefore, there is a wide variety of difference but a huge amount of money you need to invest/pay as your fees in order to become any sort of doctor so to speak and the well-placed wide array syllabus as well if you want to become a doctor.
Remember that there is a lot of difference in doing your desired medical course from a government college and doing it from a private college and also consider the pressure of paying it back if and when you graduate or to gain back just your fees involved.
kindly consider all these things before taking admission in any of these colleges to get a better mental and physical health and well-being of yourself and to grow as a mature and responsible citizen altogether.
Just have a clear mind and clear thought about choosing your desired career path from now on and also that the scholarships, schemes or whatever things in which you wish to apply for to cut the cost of your fees, there are literally thousands of more people waiting just for the form to fill it up and get a chance at this well demanded career option.
You can ask about those too as well as any other question, query, problem, issue or doubt of yours about NEET, JIPMER, AIMMS, Admission and verification process, hospitals, doctors as well as any other topic related with career; you just need to ask a question as another query.
I Consider your query has met with its conclusion.
ALL THE BEST!!
