The fee structure for the college is same no matter how you get into it.

The fee depends on the college not on the entrance exam.

If I get your question right, you want to know about the link between entrance exams and fees. Well there is no link. The fees entirely depend on the college. Some colleges, eg SP Jain accepts CAT and XAT score but the fees structure is same for all.
