You haven't mentioned your category so please always try to mention when you post questions. For time being now I'll assume you belong to Gen category.

NEET 2020 lowest cut off marks for Gen category in govt/semi-govt for BAMS in Maharashtra state counselling was 327 marks and Air 280370 in  SGRA (MIN) AC, SOLAPUR.

Otherwise average BAMS cut off for govt college was 440-450 marks.

This year cut off marks may drop somewhat so you hold little chance to get govt/semi govt BAMS college in Maharashtra state counselling.
