first let me mention that you need to specify which BSc hons degree you want to pursue, maths/biotech/phy/chem/biochem/zoology/botany or whatever.

now availability of colleges depend on which course you want to pursue.

there are colleges in chandigarh including CU as well that offers good faculty and BSc degrees.
