Very few PSUs nowadays actually recruit through campus, even that in very few institutions. However getting into PSU through campus placement is much more easier that doing it by all India competitive exam or GATE because see the number of people you're competing during campus placement is too less than the latter. However after getting the job, things are same. Good Luck!!!
