Hey Aishwarya !
All the Govt. as well as Pvt. Medical Colleges all over India incorporate candidates for the UG course of MBBS based on the rank secured in NEET in the ongoing year.
Apart from this, there's no other mode of admission in these colleges. You need to have a minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB from your 12th Boards separately too.
