If by distance course you mean doing it from open or correspondence then yes.
IGNOU offers distance learning in B.ed. They have minimal fee, provide you study material. You can fill the application form by visiting their official website.
apart from IGNOU, MDU, rohtak is also there. Both are good if you want to pursue b.ed from open.

But my personal suggestion is that if you can do b.ed regularly. It requires a lot of physical learning and experience. I myself is a b.ed 3rd semester student. And studying in regular mode gives you experience n more knowledge.

If regular is not possible, please go for IGNOU or MDU.
