You don't have to worry about the issue. If you have faced a problem while uploading a signature, you can definitely re-upload it during the correction period. The correction window for NEET UG 2020 will be opened from 15th January 2020 to 31st January 2020. See that you cross check the details after making changes wherever required to ensure that there's no mistake before submitting your application.
