Yes, there are many exams which give a decent job in government sector after electronics and communication engineering. The list of exams is:

PSUs like DRDO, SAIL, BSNL, ECIL, AAI, and many other
UPSC Examination like CDS, AFCAT
SSC Examination
Banking Exams like IBPS PO, RRB PO, RBI Assistant

So, choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.
