If you are asking about Jawaharlal Nehru University then JNU is mainly for post graduation programmes. The only undergraduate course offered by it is B.A. in foreign language.

And if you are asking about Jaiput National University then it has B.Com Accountancy and Business Statistics Business Administration Hons and B.Com course. The admission in both the courses is on the basis of merit and personal interview.
