Hello Mohammad, there is no other entrance exam help by IIT for B-Tech other than JEE MAINS. As the JEE MAINS Exam is the entrance exam held by IITs at a big level, in which everone can take the part. Other than JEE papers, there is no other way to get admission in any of the IIT.

No, there's only one exam conducted by IIt's for Btech other than Advance. But other than Btech you can get various exams conducted by IIt's:

IIT JAM (Joint Admission test for Masters) – 

GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) –

UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) – 

Dear Reader,

If you wish to join B.tech course then you have only one option that is JEE. No other exam is yet in practice for IIT's. You have to clear JEE for getting into IIT. While if you wish to opt PG then GATE is considered for M.Tech.
