Seems like there are two different institutions with similar name. One being Ramaiah Institute of Applied Sciences and the other Ramaiah Institute of Technology.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru offers the course Masters of Science in various disciplines.

see the candidates who have completed their b.sc courses on   Life Science course like  Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Life Science, Biotechnology, Genetics etc are eligible to apply. however the admission is merit based as per review of previous years candidates, but the university has right to change the admission process to time to time, so I suggest you to follow the official website and make application.
