There are many other engineering entrance exams which are conducted by some private engineering colleges and some on state level government colleges.
Hey, yes ofcourse there are other entrance exams for engineering undergraduate courses apart from the joint entrance exam. Every state has its own engineering entrance exam like wbjee tseamcet apeamcet or mhtcet. You need to apply for your state's exam. You should keep an eye open for that. Apart from that, each college also has its own entrance exam like MIT and VIT SRM etc.

There are many other entrance exams for engineering colleges in India. To start with there are CET exams for state level engineering colleges in your state. Then there are many private colleges that have their own entrance exams like BITSAT for bits colleges, VITEE for vit, SRM and many others. You could give any of these and get into engineering if you have not given JEE mains or don't want to give it.
