Greetings, 

Pritam there are majorly 1 famous entrance exam in India if you want to take up the department of atomic research in future . These tests are: 

NEST (NATIONAL ENTRANCE SCREENING TEST) 

This entrance exam is required to take admission  NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, BHUBANESWAR and UM-DAE CEBS (UNIBVERSITY OF MUMBAI DEPARTMENT OF ATOMIC ENERGY CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE IN BASIC SCIENCES ) 

It is five year integrated M.Sc. programme . 

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA 

The applicant should be science student in standard 11th as well as 12th and must have combination of any three subjects from the list of four which is : 

PHYSICS 

CHEMISTRY 

MATHEMATICS 

BIOLOGY 

Applicant who have passed their 12th board in 2017,2018 or are appearing this year i.e.2019 can only give this entrance exam 

Applicants should get minimum 60% in his/her 12th standard . There is a relaxation of 5% for reserved category i.e 55% 

BARC (  BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTRE ) 

Candidate should have at least 60% in B.E/B.Sc.( Engineering)/ B.Tech /5 year integrated M.Tech 

GATE scores would be considered or written test conducted by BARC
