You haven't specified the details of entrance exam. If it is UPSEE then for economically poor students their is fee waiver scheme by UP Government. According to that candidate whose family income is less than 6 lakh per year will get tuition fee waiver  Every college have an additional 5% seats for economically weaker students. So candidate are require to submit all required documents related to fee waiver seat during counselling process of UPSEE.
