I am a little confused here as to whether you are asking about a course in Hotel Management from International focus, or about International Management as a course. Below I am giving basic details of both from a perspective that you are looking to pursue these degrees at UG (under-graduation) level.

• International Management: It is about gaining knowledge of management from a macro level perspective for companies and organizations who have their functions running all over the world. After completing the course one can work in consulting, banking, energy, transport and consumer goods production. In India, many reputed institutes like IIM, IIMB, et.al. offer courses in International management but only at post-graduation diploma or course level. So, you can pursue this after completing your graduation in a relevant subject and then going for specialization in the subject-matter through PG Diploma courses or post-graduation.
  
• Hotel Management: This field of study is concerned with learning management dynamics of hotel industry. One of the nearest and broader field of this is Hospitality Management. For hotel management, many courses at undergrad level are offered by many reputed institutions. Some of them include IHM Bangalore ; Lovely Professional University ; Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management, MDU Rohtak ; Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, (Manipal University) . After completing a degree in hotel management, you can aim for MBA in international management or other degrees and specialize, along with doing a job.
