As per the marks vs rank analysis, you might have scored around 61-70 score and rank around 115045 - 85657. With this rank, you have no chance to get into any of the NITs with the popular branches (CSE/EEE). However you have chances for NIT Meghalaya, NIT hamirpur, or other North-Eastern NITs (if you have home state quota).
I'll suggest you to write for other attempt and try to score more than 95 percentile to get a good college. Do not forget to to prepare a back-up plan such as writing other entrance exams (state/college level) : UPESEAT, SRMJEE, VITEEE, BITSAT etc.

Hello,
If you consider previous year cutoffs your rank it is pretty difficult to get any NIT's. You should at least score more than 95 percentile to secure a good rank in NIT. But you have a chance to get admission in NIT if you belong to SC/ST category.
