You can go for IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee. You have good chances of getting into IIT roorkee as the cutoff is low for that as compared to IIT Madras. In case of IIT Madras, you are on the borderline but you can give it a try. By appearing for MHCET you can apply for many goverment colleges for MBA such as JBIMS, PUMBA, etc.

I researched a bit on net and found that cut off for iit roorkee to be 94 , can u please clarify.

Okay so this year the cutoff for IIT roorkee has increased. The cutoff released for 2018 by IIT roorkee is 94+ %tile. With such a good percentile you can apply to many other good colleges if you wish to. I hope that answers your query.
