In MCC NEET-UG All India Counselling there is no specific reservation for Female Candidates.

In NEET-UG All India Counselling, Following Reservation Quotas are available which is applicable for Both Male and Female Candidates that is Reservation for OBC, SC, ST and EWS Category Students, Reservation for Physically disabled students, Reservation for wards of Defense personals in specific Colleges and Reservation for Wards of Insured Person in ESIC Medical Colleges.

But Different State Governments have different Reservation policies for their domicile students.

In Uttar Pradesh there is 20% Horizontal Reservation for Female Candidates in all the State Government Medical and Dental Colleges. If you are from Uttar Pradesh you can claim female reservation in State Quota Counselling.
