Hey Rupesh,

Yes, if you hold the Diploma degree then you may get lateral entry or admission in 2nd year in b.tech course. It depends on the college or Univesity if they give lateral entry or not however it is possible to get admission in 2nd year if you have diploma degree. All the best!
